About
Come over to your favorite local breweries for a night of clay fun. No experience required. I’ll bring all the tools and the clay so you can just focus on getting those creative juices flowing, perhaps with the help of a drink. All Pints and Pots event tickets include a free drink.
I’ll walk you through a few techniques for creating all sorts of things, from functional to non-functional, I’ll walk you through using any of the many tools we’ll have, and then we’ll just hang out and start creating. I’ll be there the whole time to help you realize your creative desires.
Once you’ve built your creations and chosen the colors you want them glazed, I’ll take all of your wonderful work back to my studio and send them through the firing process and in roughly 2 weeks you’ll be able to pick your work back up at the same brewery or location the event was at.
All pieces will be fired to be food, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.

The tools
One of my favorite things about clay is the almost limitless potential it has. A piece might be strictly functional, or completely useless but beautiful, or anywhere in between. If you can imagine it, we can probably make it out of clay, which is why I’ll have a wide array of tools at your disposal for each Pints and Pots events.
I’ll bring rulers, needle tools, scrapers, smoothing tools, cutting tools, carving tools, pieces of lace and rope for making textures, textured rolling pins, regular rolling pins, coil extruders, cookie cutter-style cutouts of all different shapes, letter stamps, wood boards to work on, and of course all the clay you’ll need.
